This taster workshop in Family Constellations is an opportunity for Therapists & Lay-People alike to be introduced to the work of Svagito R Liebermeister within an experiential context. Its a great opportunity for those who want to test the water before maybe going for a swim to do so.  Also those who can't afford the longer workshops are also welcome.

Family Constellations is the process by which we uncover hidden family dynamics that hinder our abillity to respond fully to life.

It involves working in a small group & supporting other group members by representing different members of their family system or different symbols that are present in their process.

It is also the process by which using other members of the group we externalise an individual's inner process, this brings greater awareness & encourages movement in the client & their Family System.
 
 Through this spontaneous & unexplainable group process healing movements are allowed to take place.

Anu has just completed Osho Family Constellations training with Svagito Leibmeister in Europe & has also experienced a lot of Yishai Gasters Constellation work. This is the first of several practice days for his friends & acquaintences to get his practice up & running, that is the reason for the current low charge on the workshop.

Conscious breathing has huge consequences in terms of our conscious development and spiritual awakening. It is significant in terms of brain science, that conscious and automatic breathing are triggered by two different areas of the brain. One of them is a breath to have us survive and the other is from a centre that evolves our consciousness!

Pranayama and conscious connected breathing, strengthens the nervous system to be able to hold high spiritual energy flow and is said to be the one of the quickest ways of awakening the dormant spiritual force.

Calling all Dancers, Drummers & Musicians! Time to Mobilise! JOIN US

The full moon is a very powerful time for gathering together and celebrating creatively. So lets get as many dancers, drummers and musicians into this great big space and journey through the ecstatic rhythms of dying together! We will use various Shamanic/Therapeutic tools in order to facilitate a collective movement towards Metaphorical Death. The dance ritual will include Altar building, Mask making, painting/drawing, guided visualisation, ecstatic dance & drumming!

We believe that Live Music/Drumming performed within the Dance Movement Healing context is the way forward! We will be moving with the elements & letting go of those aspects of ourselves which are no longer serving us.
