Anu has completed three years worth of experiential Psychotherapy training components, in Transpersonal, Psychosynthesis & Humanistic Therapies as well as having been in individual Psychotherapy for almost 2 years. He is still studying Psychosynthesis.

He has completed a Family Constellations Training with Svagito Leibmeister in Europe & continues to follow Svagito’s work assisting on trainings in Europe & organising for Svagito in the UK. He has completed a Basic training with Vivian Broughton in the UK & has also recieved some teaching from Yishai Gaster in the UK.

He has also trained extensively in Authentic Movement & Breathwork.
